‘Success is a 99% failure’
Soichiro Honda is the man who looked back at the
world. His father once accused an 18-year-old youth of being a "fool who
doesn't know how to survive." His friends were ridiculed as the unlucky
one who was born to fail. If anyone else in the world had experienced a series
of failures that the young man had achieved, they would have committed suicide.
Soichiro Honda is the man who has taken all the
failures and finally achieved great success. “Success is 99 percent failure,”
the young man said as if extracting his life experience. Student Saikro Honda's
dream is to build a piston-making factory for Toyota. Not for anyone.
In 1928, he built a model metal stall between the
galleries of his father's fellow students. For this, he worked day and night.
After a year of hard work, he took the model piston to Toyota with great
anticipation.
The engineers who rejected your piston were not up
to our expectations. The first dream was a failure. The mind was heavy, and the
accumulated investment was in vain. Everyone showered their gags.
With the mindset of letting the dustbins out,
Honda tried again. He worked tirelessly for several months and took the new
piston model he developed into Toyota. Toyota has embraced admiration. The
product was given a contract. With little success in mind, Soichiro Honda can
build a large factory and produce the piston they demand.
So, Honda planned to build the building. His
father said he would go to work properly, and he would take risks throughout
his life. He hired workers and started a piston-making business. World War II
began. The US bomb blast destroyed a large part of Honda's factory.
Friends were talking about how Honda's life was
over. Honda, however, mobilized all of its workers, repairing the damage itself
and re-directing the factory. Earthquakes are high in Japan. An earthquake that
struck one day has toppled Honda's factory. The entire factory cannot be
reversed.
Honda sold the Toyota company at a price that
otherwise would have been broken and raw materials. This was the most critical
situation. If a
project I aspire to fail, I won't even bother. I'm seriously considering how to
change the situation.
The
end of World War II was a time when Japan's economy was burned, and the
entirety of Japan was a shortage of petrol. The cars were all paralyzed.
Everyone walks or goes on a bicycle. Soichiro was
sitting in the Honda house. The bicycle stood nearby, and a little farther up
was the lawn. Honda got a brand-new idea of what to put in the bicycle and put it on the
motorcycle.
Honda got into the next moment. The world's first
motorcycle was born when he took off his lawnmower and fitted it on his bike.
Honda took it and happily came around. Similarly, people started to shout at
us.
He also did the same. There was a motor shortage
in the town. Honda wondered what would make it a big business. There is no cash
on hand and the banks are not ready to lend. Everyone said that Honda was
unlucky. Honda is still upset.
She wrote to 18,000 bicyclists in Japan,
requesting financial assistance for her business. Bicycle shoppers who invest
will be appointed motorcycle dealers. Five thousand bicyclists have come
forward to help.
Honda Motorcycle Company When it came to reviews
of the first ready-made motorcycle, he found himself sitting in a metalworking
cabin, bringing out the most amazing motorcycle with beautiful design. Soichiro
Honda was a huge success after a series of humiliating defeats. Honda now
produces about 2 crore motor vehicles annually.
Honda cars in the west were also very welcome. The
company has been successful in many kinds of products. Whenever you see a Honda
product, everyone remembers the words of its father, Soichiro Honda, summing up
his life, "Success is 99 percent failure."
